توضح شروط الاشتراك هذه كيفية تعامل ComicsAI مع الاشتراكات المدفوعة وإعدادات التجديد والإلغاء والفوترة. وتنطبق مع Terms of Service و سياسة الاسترداد.

1. الخطط المدفوعة وفترات الفوترة

ComicsAI paid plans unlock subscription features such as higher daily generation access and priority usage. The plan name, billing period, renewal setting, and price are shown before checkout.

2. التجديد التلقائي والوصول لفترة واحدة

When auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel it or turn renewal off.

3. مزودو الدفع

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. ComicsAI does not store full card numbers or complete PayPal credentials.

4. الإلغاء

You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from the ComicsAI subscription dashboard. PayPal subscriptions can be managed from your PayPal account.

5. المدفوعات الفاشلة وحالة الحساب

If a renewal payment fails, ComicsAI or the payment provider may retry the payment. Paid access may be limited, paused, or canceled if payment is not completed.

6. تغييرات الخطط أو الأسعار

We may change plan features or prices over time. For material changes to an active subscription, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.
