Ces Conditions d’abonnement expliquent le fonctionnement des abonnements payants ComicsAI, du renouvellement, de l’annulation et de la facturation. Elles s’appliquent avec nos Terms of Service et Politique de remboursement.

1. Offres payantes et périodes de facturation

ComicsAI paid plans unlock subscription features such as higher daily generation access and priority usage. The plan name, billing period, renewal setting, and price are shown before checkout.

2. Renouvellement automatique et accès pour une période

When auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel it or turn renewal off.

3. Prestataires de paiement

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. ComicsAI does not store full card numbers or complete PayPal credentials.

4. Résiliation

You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from the ComicsAI subscription dashboard. PayPal subscriptions can be managed from your PayPal account.

5. Paiements échoués et statut du compte

If a renewal payment fails, ComicsAI or the payment provider may retry the payment. Paid access may be limited, paused, or canceled if payment is not completed.

6. Changements de forfait ou de prix

We may change plan features or prices over time. For material changes to an active subscription, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.
