Diese Abonnementbedingungen erklären, wie ComicsAI kostenpflichtige Abos, Verlängerungen, Kündigungen und Abrechnungszugriff behandelt. Sie gelten zusammen mit unseren Terms of Service und Richtlinie für Erstattungen.

1. Kostenpflichtige Tarife und Abrechnungszeiträume

ComicsAI paid plans unlock subscription features such as higher daily generation access and priority usage. The plan name, billing period, renewal setting, and price are shown before checkout.

2. Automatische Verlängerung und Einmalzeitraum

When auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel it or turn renewal off.

3. Zahlungsanbieter

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. ComicsAI does not store full card numbers or complete PayPal credentials.

4. Kündigung

You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from the ComicsAI subscription dashboard. PayPal subscriptions can be managed from your PayPal account.

5. Fehlgeschlagene Zahlungen und Kontostatus

If a renewal payment fails, ComicsAI or the payment provider may retry the payment. Paid access may be limited, paused, or canceled if payment is not completed.

6. Änderungen an Tarifen oder Preisen

We may change plan features or prices over time. For material changes to an active subscription, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.
