Questi Termini di abbonamento spiegano come funzionano gli abbonamenti a pagamento ComicsAI, rinnovo, cancellazione e fatturazione. Si applicano insieme ai nostri Terms of Service e Politica di rimborso.

1. Piani a pagamento e periodi di fatturazione

ComicsAI paid plans unlock subscription features such as higher daily generation access and priority usage. The plan name, billing period, renewal setting, and price are shown before checkout.

2. Rinnovo automatico e accesso per un periodo

When auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel it or turn renewal off.

3. Fornitori di pagamento

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. ComicsAI does not store full card numbers or complete PayPal credentials.

4. Cancellazione

You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from the ComicsAI subscription dashboard. PayPal subscriptions can be managed from your PayPal account.

5. Pagamenti non riusciti e stato account

If a renewal payment fails, ComicsAI or the payment provider may retry the payment. Paid access may be limited, paused, or canceled if payment is not completed.

6. Modifiche a piani o prezzi

We may change plan features or prices over time. For material changes to an active subscription, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.
