Estes Termos de Assinatura explicam como funcionam as assinaturas pagas do ComicsAI, renovação, cancelamento e cobrança. Eles se aplicam junto com nossos Terms of Service e Política de Reembolso.

1. Planos pagos e períodos de cobrança

ComicsAI paid plans unlock subscription features such as higher daily generation access and priority usage. The plan name, billing period, renewal setting, and price are shown before checkout.

2. Renovação automática e acesso por um período

When auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel it or turn renewal off.

3. Provedores de pagamento

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. ComicsAI does not store full card numbers or complete PayPal credentials.

4. Cancelamento

You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from the ComicsAI subscription dashboard. PayPal subscriptions can be managed from your PayPal account.

5. Falhas de pagamento e status da conta

If a renewal payment fails, ComicsAI or the payment provider may retry the payment. Paid access may be limited, paused, or canceled if payment is not completed.

6. Alterações de planos ou preços

We may change plan features or prices over time. For material changes to an active subscription, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.
