Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how ComicsAI paid subscriptions, renewal settings, cancellation, and billing access work. They apply together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Paid Plans and Billing Periods

ComicsAI paid plans unlock subscription features such as higher daily generation access and priority usage. The plan name, billing period, renewal setting, and price are shown before checkout.

Monthly and yearly plans are separate billing periods. Prices are listed in USD unless the checkout provider displays a localized currency.

2. Auto-Renewal and One-Period Access

When auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel it or turn renewal off.

When auto-renewal is disabled, you buy one billing period only. Your paid access remains available until the current period ends and then stops unless you subscribe again.

Auto-renewing subscriptions may show a renewal discount. The discounted renewal price and the non-renewing price are shown before you continue to payment.

3. Payment Providers

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. ComicsAI does not store full card numbers or complete PayPal credentials.

The payment provider may apply its own security checks, payment method rules, taxes, currency conversion, or dispute handling process.

4. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from the ComicsAI subscription dashboard. PayPal subscriptions can be managed from your PayPal account.

Canceling or turning off renewal stops future renewals. Unless a refund is issued or access is restricted for policy reasons, paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Failed Payments and Account Status

If a renewal payment fails, ComicsAI or the payment provider may retry the payment. Paid access may be limited, paused, or canceled if payment is not completed.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, or refunded, ComicsAI may adjust account access to match the final payment status.

6. Plan or Price Changes

We may change plan features or prices over time. For material changes to an active subscription, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.
