1. Accès au service numérique
ComicsAI is a digital service. Paid subscription access and AI generation capacity can begin immediately after checkout is completed.
2. Cas où un remboursement peut être disponible
We may issue a refund for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, payment provider mistakes, or paid access that could not be delivered and was not resolved after you contacted us.
3. Éléments généralement non remboursables
Used subscription periods, unused daily limits, dissatisfaction with generated outputs, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal are generally not refundable.
4. Résiliation et renouvellements futurs
Canceling a subscription or turning off renewal stops future charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
5. Litiges et rétrofacturations
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the charge and account status. This is usually faster than a provider dispute.
