Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how ComicsAI handles refunds, cancellations, renewal charges, and billing disputes. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.
1. Digital Service Access
ComicsAI is a digital service. Paid subscription access and AI generation capacity can begin immediately after checkout is completed.
Because digital access is delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the paid period starts, except as described below or where required by law.
2. When Refunds May Be Available
We may issue a refund for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, payment provider mistakes, or paid access that could not be delivered and was not resolved after you contacted us.
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the payment provider.
3. Items Generally Not Refundable
Used subscription periods, unused daily limits, dissatisfaction with generated outputs, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal are generally not refundable.
We may review special cases at our discretion, especially when the request is made promptly and there is little or no paid usage in the renewed period.
4. Cancellation and Future Renewals
Canceling a subscription or turning off renewal stops future charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If renewal is off, paid access remains available until the current period ends unless the payment is refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalid.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the charge and account status. This is usually faster than a provider dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, account access may be paused while the payment provider reviews the case.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, payment provider, charge date, amount, and a short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for additional details to verify account ownership and payment status. Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment provider when possible.
7. Legal Requirements
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that apply under the law in your location.
